ILS Management, LLC

In early 2003, ILS Management (ILS) acquired the rights to Wealth Transfer Planning, its cornerstone product (Wealth Transfer Planning was formerly a product of The Technology Group, Inc., Baltimore, MD). ILS Management, LLC does business under the name InterActive Legal and is dedicated to providing the professional estate planning community with the highest-quality interactive products. ILS Managmement, LLC is a privately-held Texas limited liability corporation with headquarters in Dallas, TX.

Technology

InterActive LegalSuite products are comprised of three layers — a content layer (the templates, Q&As, and other legal materials), a proprietary SmartContent front-end database (patent pending), and the HotDocs assembly engine (a LexisNexis product).
