Select the type of help needed from the Category list. Technical/Installation Support — software installation, configuration, technical issues, network setup, update assistance Legal Content — HotDocs interviews, legal content questions, instructions on creating clients, matters, documents, selecting profiles, and creating reciprocal documents. Customer Service — business questions (licensing, product codes, billing, renewals, website logins, general concerns or complaints). Customization — customizing templates and profiles. Document Editing and Formatting — formatting and editing documents; using InterActive Legal proprietary styles and tools. Implementation — Setting up and configuring the software program after installation. If a support representative does not pick up your request after several minutes, you will have the opportunity to leave a written message and someone will respond as soon as possible. Support Policies
Customers who have purchased Essentials or Standard versions are offered technical support at no charge for the first thirty (30) days after purchase. Thereafter, fee-based support is available at $200 per hour (calculated in 15-minute increments), with a minimum $100 charge per support incident.
