How to initiate a Live Support session:

Step 1 Click the link above to navigate to our Support Portal.
Step 2

In the Your Issue section, choose the issue that best fits your need for support:

Billing and Renewal — Subscription renewals and billing

Content, Interviews, and Legal Forms — HotDocs interviews, legal content questions, instructions on creating clients, matters, documents, selecting profiles, and creating reciprocal documents

Customer Service — Business questions (licensing, product codes, general concerns or complaints)

Customization — Customizing templates and profiles

Document Editing and Formatting — Formatting and editing documents; using InterActive Legal proprietary styles and tools

Implementation and Training — Setting up and configuring the software program after installation

Logins, Forums, and Website — Assistance with login to Discussion Forums, Website, or Software; Other Forum or Website issues

Technical, Installation, Updates — Software installation, configuration, technical issues, network setup, update assistance

Enter your contact information in the Your Name and Company Name fields, and a brief description of your support request in the Describe Your Issue field.

Support Policies

Customers who have purchased Essentials or Standard versions are offered technical support at no charge for the first thirty (30) days after purchase. Thereafter, fee-based support is available at $200 per hour (calculated in 15 minute increments), with a minimum $100 charge per support incident.
