Enter your contact information in the Your Name and Company Name fields, and a brief description of your support request in the Describe Your Issue field.

Customers who have purchased Essentials or Standard versions are offered technical support at no charge for the first thirty (30) days after purchase. Thereafter, fee-based support is available at $200 per hour (calculated in 15 minute increments), with a minimum $100 charge per support incident.
